                                    Route Tsoutsuras-Maridaki

 On this route, we will cross the central mountainous Crete via beautiful traditional villages and magnificent fields of olive trees. In Lyttos, we will come across the remains of the old Roman aqueduct and the traditional settlement of Kastamonitsa. Over dirt roads we will reach Αsterousia mountains, up to 1000m altitude, where there is a panoramic overview of southern Crete. An ideal photography spot for unique pictures! Going downwards to the shores of the Libyan Sea, we’ll visit the excellent remote beaches of Listis or Saint Nikitas, for a delightful swim and we will most definitely enjoy fresh fish in the neighboring fishing village of Tsoutsouras. On the way back, we will enjoy once more the spectacular view from the Αsterousia mountains and then, we will visit Αrchanes, a beautiful traditional small town where you can buy souvenirs, traditional products etc. This journey will be unforgettable!

                   ROUTE KATHARO PLATEAU SARAKINA CANYON

On this course we will discover beautiful corners of southeast Crete. We will pass through traditional villages and mountainous dirt roads with wonderful view and various landscapes to reach the Katharo Plateau, at an altitude of 1250m. Descending we will pass through the beautiful Selakano forest and then end up in the Sarakina Gorge, one of the most beautiful gorges in Crete, which is 1.5km long. The gorge is easily passable without any special equipment and during the hiking, we can enjoy the beautiful scenery around us. On the way back, we will go down to the beach of Myrtos, to an amazing vista of the coastal area, where we can enjoy the water of the Libyan Sea. This excursion-experience will not be forgotten!

                                    ROUTE LASITHI PLATEAU       

 On this route, we will enter the quaint, picturesque village of Avdou, with its little cobbled streets, which still have the shop signs from years gone by. After climbing a little further, we go into the historic monastery of the Virgin of Gouverniotissa Continuing our ascent, through pretty villages, outstanding landscapes, and unspoilt nature, we arrive at the Plateau of Lasithi, at a height of 1,150 metres above sea level. We’ll have an unrivalled sight of the old traditional windmills of the region. Here we’ll taste superb traditional Cretan cooking in the taverns of the area. On our return, we descend through Mochos, another picturesque village with cobbled pathways, and a panoramic view over Hersonissos which will take your breath away, to finish our excursion in the nicest possible way
