Loggia was the Club of Venetian and Cretan rulers of the Kingdom of Crete. Today it accommodates the Municipality of Heraklion. The building that is visible today it is build in the time of Francis Morosini in 1628. Winged lion of The Most Serene Republic of Adriatic is everywhere.

The Loggia was the Club of Venetian and Cretan rulers of the Kingdom of Crete. Today it accommodates the Municipality of Heraklion. The building that is visible today it is build in the time of Francis Morosini in 1628. Winged lion of The Most Serene Republic of Adriatic is everywhere. Beautiful is the little patio in the back. In the area of the loggia are many charitable events and bazaars. Also, many young dancers performing elaborate stunts break dance weekends.
The exhibits of the museum are very important, and consist of sculptures from Livadeia and Cheronea, ceramics from prehistoric and historic locations around Cheronea, Elateia,coins and weapons from the Tomb of Macedonians and the mass graves of Thebians in Cheronea.
Nine "Musical Sundays", from July 1st until August 28th This is a series of Sunday concerts of leading musicians from around the world, many of which will also assist the members of the orthodox band "Mitos" created by the initiative of the Labyrinth.
